blue lagoon island (dolphin encounters)
We booked direct with Dolphin Encounters. They have many options, from just beach day, to Dolphin Swim, Dolphin Encounter, Stingray Encounter, Sea Lion Encounter, etc. We did the Dolphin Encounter along with Beach, and had a great time. They include round-trip transportation by large catamarans to Blue Lagoon Island.
cabbage beach
We took a taxi from the port area to Cabbage beach for $4/person each way. They drop you off and you have to climb this little hill, and then you will see the beautiful beach. We haggled the price down for a couple of lounge chairs on the beach. Beautiful beach but the waves were pretty strong. Kids had a good time as always.
balmoral island
We walked to Sr Frogs (few mins from the ship) where we had pre-purchased tickets to Balmoral island. Boat ride took us there at 10am. Nice island. Beach was nice. When we get there (first boat) there was hardly anyone there. Umbrellas and lounge chairs included. We spend a good 4 hours here and took the 2:30pm boat back to Sr Frogs, then few mins walk back to the ship.
